JTS (frm xun's eyes)

hi guys

today has been immensely enjoyable and i thought i'd come here straight away to blog before the memories get diluted after u sleep.

in the early afternoon 5 of us (edmund, gracia, alice, xingyan, myself) had gathered at plaza sing wanting to watch a movie, only to find out that all the seats for the phantom of the opera at lido (215) had been booked. we met calvin at orchard mrt (sorry calvin! hahah), and since most of us were STARVING we went to NYDC and had a crazy time ordering crazysexycool brownie freezes until the whole restaurant was staring at us (refer to videos!). kenneth joined us btw..and after lunch we split up and gathered again at fish & co at 445.

apparently the second level (which could house the whole class) would not be opened until 6, but the manager had allowed us to use them if they saw 40 pple present. and we found out we had competition frm class S64 with their STJ! after hanging around awhile outside taking photos and welcoming pple we went in and occupied two long tables in the middle of the level - the juniors and seniors sat on alternating seats.

dinner was fun! with games like ?????? (calvin had to do a forfeit) and singing single lines from songs. there even was a live singer towards the end, while felyna and co borrowed the mike and dedicated a song to 04 and 05 S70. eventually everyone had to pay $40 to tse chong for a variety of stuff and ended up pretty broke.

outside fish & co nobody really wanted to leave. everyone bummed around taking photos with the huge statue that spelt LO VE and told jokes/advertised for ccas/sang songs. we finally decided to leave. and managed to walk all the way to the park across the road, where we bummed around again singing more songs. 'aiya let's go lah' was probably mentioned a lot of times but it took quite long to happen, but eventually most of the 05S70 people went over to the arcade at the Dhoby Ghaut station.

it started with the whole group huddling around the Bishibashi machines and watching the edmund/kenneth-candice-calvin or matilda-adrea-jaydee trios whacking red-green-blue buttons and ?ing about, followed by dances at the DDR and para machines, and short stints at daytona and the game where u kick half-soccer balls while controlling players.

i guess it sounds a little ego or whatever to say this.. but i rem the first ddr song was my most memorable ever thanks to u guys. guess its a bit weird to say it here but i rem turning around and not quite believing wad i was seeing..was quite at a loss. hahah. yea - i love this class. thank u to all of u for making these 2 weeks so enjoyable..may we all play AND work real hard (together!) and ensure we all stay after the first 3 months.

"From the north south east and west?" "OHH-hh. Seven-ohh!"

cya on monday!
